The ECI Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC) is comprised of people with disabilities that are receiving Center services.  Annually the CAC develops a Participant Satisfaction Survey form and it is distributed to active participants of the Center. The Consumer Advisory Committee members compile the result of the survey and submit a written report to the Center’s Executive Director, management staff and Board of Directors for review and to aid in planning.

A new Participant Satisfaction Survey instrument will be made available in 2008 and we encourage you to check back and to complete the new survey when available.
