Virginia Medicaid members and their caregivers can get their 1st, 2nd, 3rd or booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at the Endependence Center in Norfolk. Please sign up today!

The vaccine will help make sure that you are still protected against serious illness from COVID-19.  If you are not sure if you need a vaccine, talk to your doctor or call the Virginia Department of Health COVID-19 hotline at 1-877-829-4682.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

  • Every Medicaid member over the age of 5¬†
  • Caregivers, including family members and personal care attendants¬†
  • Health care providers
  • Medicaid members needing a booster dose
    • Pfizer boosters are now recommended for everyone over 16 years old

WHAT VACCINES WILL BE OFFERED?

  • Pfizer for individuals 12 years and older
  • Pfizer for individuals aged 5 to 11 years old
