Register for the ECI Vaccine Incentive VISA Card Drawing

ECI is holding three Vaccine Incentive Program drawings for VISA cards.

To qualify for these vaccine incentive program drawings, participants must be fully vaccinated by the date indicated for that drawing and will need to register below.

Date of Drawing:  Monday, November 15, 2021

Winner Notification:  By Wednesday, November 17, 2021

Drawing 1 – $100 VISA card – 20 winners — Participants who were fully vaccinated by August 31, 2021.

Drawing 2 – $100 VISA card – 3 winners — Participants who have not been vaccinated as of August 31, 2021, and who get fully vaccinated by October 31, 2021.

Drawing 3 – $200 VISA card – 5 winners — Participants who were fully vaccinated by July 31, 2021.

You will need to provide information from your Vaccination Card when you register. If your name is selected, you will be notified when and where to pick up the VISA card, and you will need to show your Vaccination Card when picking up the VISA card.
