Virginia Statewide Independent Living Council Quarterly Meeting (9:45am – 1:30pm)

The Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) will hold its quarterly meeting on Thursday, October 23 at 9:45am – 1:30pm. Meetings are open to the public.
