The ECI Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC) is comprised of
people with disabilities
that are receiving Center services. Annually the CAC
develops a Participant Satisfaction
Survey form and it is distributed to active participants of
the Center. The Consumer Advisory Committee members compile
the result of the survey and submit a written report to the
Center’s Executive Director, management staff and Board of
Directors for review and to aid in planning.
Thank you for your participation in the 2006 Participant
Satisfaction Survey.
A new Participant Satisfaction Survey instrument will be
made available in 2008 and we encourage you to check back
and to complete the new survey when available.
