Your feedback is important. ECI uses a Consumer Satisfaction Survey to get your feedback on services. The results of the survey are shared with ECI management and the ECI Board of Directors. Your feedback helps ECI to improve services and to determine what we might offer in the future.

Please take a few minutes to complete and return the survey.

There are several ways to complete the Survey:

ECI mailed the survey in November along with a return envelope. The envelope has everything it needs to be mailed except for a completed survey. Once you complete the survey, seal the envelope and place it in the nearest mailbox. ECI has paid for the postage, so it does not require a stamp.  Please return your completed survey by December 10, 2021.
