Your feedback is important. ECI uses a Consumer Satisfaction Survey to get your feedback on services. The results of the survey are shared with ECI management and the ECI Board of Directors. Your feedback helps ECI to improve services and to determine what we might offer in the future.

There are several ways to complete the Survey:

- Contact your ECI Coordinator
ECI will also be conducting a separate mailing. All participants who have received services from ECI last year will be mailed a Consumer Satisfaction Survey with a Business Reply Envelope for you to send your completed survey back to us.
