For a limited time only, Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) is opening its Project Based Voucher/Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program waitlist and accepting applications for Origin Circle at Kindred, and Reunion Senior Living at Kindred for residents who are 55 or over.
Origin Circle at Kindred is located in the downtown area of Norfolk, at 451 Church Street, Norfolk VA 23504, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. One, two, and three bedroom units are expected to become available at the beginning of October 2023, and offer the following amenities:

- Picnic area
- Fitness Center
- Game Room
- Stainless steel appliances
- Granite countertops
- Elevator access
- Business Center
- 9′ ceilings
- In-home washer and dryer
- Vinyl plank flooring
- Carpet in bedrooms
- Clubhouse
- Playground
- Balconies
Reunion Senior Living at Kindred is located in the downtown area of Norfolk at 501 Wood St, Norfolk, VA 23504, close to shopping, dining and entertainment.
Applicants can apply online by computer or smartphone at https://nrha.myhousing.com. Duplicate applications will not be accepted.
Applications will be accepted beginning at 9:00am on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. The wait list will close at 4:00pm on September 21, 2023.
