The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) will open Project-Based Voucher (PBV) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waitlist for Kinship at Kindred from 9:00am on Tuesday, September 8 until 4:00pm on Friday, September 11.
PBV and LIHTC Waitlists Open Sept. 8 for Kinship at Kindred
The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) will open Project-Based Voucher (PBV) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waitlists for Kinship at Kindred beginning 9 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8. The waitlists will close at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11.
Eligible households may apply at: https://housing.nrha.us.
Duplicate applications will not be accepted.
Residents with an existing Rent Café account should log in through their portal to apply.
Kinship at Kindred offers:
- 1-bedroom apartments and townhomes
- 2-bedroom apartments and townhomes
- 3-bedroom apartments and townhomes
- 4-bedroom apartments and townhomes
- 5-bedroom apartments and townhomes
Income QualificationsApplicants must meet applicable income eligibility requirements.
Maximum household income limits range from 30% to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) based on household size.
