The Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (SRHA) is opening the Project Based Voucher Tapplications for two communities. The announcements and flyers shared below are from the SRHA website.

The Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (SRHA) provides affordable housing and assists people to become self-sufficient. SRHA will open its Project Base Voucher (PBV) application for rental assistance virtually. The apartments named October Station Apartments are located in Suffolk, VA 23434. For 2 and 3 Bedrooms.
Applications will be accepted (online). To apply access our website at www.suffolkrha.org between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Monday May 4th and Tuesday May 5th, 2026. The online waiting list application process will close at 3:00 pm on May 5th, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted.
Applications can be distributed to people with disabilities upon request. Call 757-539-2100 for a specific reasonable accommodation request. Applications will be mailed to people with disabilities upon request. The application must be mailed and postmarked within 10 days of the request. Applications postmarked after 10 days of the request will not be accepted.
