Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority is accepting applications for Landmark Apartments, a Project Based Voucher (PBV)/ Low-income Housing Tax Program. Landmark Apartments offers 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Landmark apartments are located at 2900 Fireside Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23324.
The waitlist will be open on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 8:00 AM and will close on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
Applicants who are interested in applying, applications will be online only at https://crhava.myhousing.com. Applications will be accepted from computers, tablets, smart phones and other electronic devices that can access the website. On the platform, you will find instructions on how to fill out and submit the waiting list application.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
• There are no fees for applying to CRHA’s wait list.
• Applications will be placed on the waiting list by preference, then by the date and time the application is submitted.
• All information provided is subject to verification. Therefore, applying does not guarantee that the application will be accepted.
• CRHA does not provide emergency housing.
• Applications in progress but not submitted by 1:00 pm will be considered incomplete.
A reasonable accommodation may be provided for those who, due to a disability, are unable to complete an application electronically. Reasonable accommodation requests will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that verification of disability will be required. If you are granted reasonable accommodation, assistance with applying will be provided.
