Governor Spanberger signed HB37 (“Developmental disability waivers; financial eligibility standards, sunset repeal”) into law earlier this week. HB 37 removes a scheduled expiration date on a previous rule that allowed the state to ignore SSDI income when determining eligibility for developmental disability (DD) waiver services.
