The Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (SRHA) provides affordable housing and assists people to become self-sufficient. SRHA will open its Project Base Voucher (PBV) application for rental assistance virtually. The apartments named HillPoint Trace are located in Suffolk, VA 23434. For 2 and 3 bedrooms only.
Applications will be accepted online only. To apply, visit Suffolkrha.org between 9:00 AM on Monday, June 15, 2026, and 12:00 AM on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. The online waiting list application period will close at midnight on June 16, 2026. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Applications can be distributed to people with disabilities upon request. Call 757-539-2100 for a specific reasonable accommodation request. Applications will be mailed to people with disabilities upon request. The application must be mailed and postmarked within 10 days of the request. Applications postmarked after 10 days of the request will not be accepted.
