NRHA Public Housing Waitlist for Select Communities Open for Limited Time

NRHA will open its public housing waitlist for select communities for a limited period.

 

The waitlist opens at 9 a.m. Tuesday, June 2, and closes at 4 p.m. Friday, June 5. Duplicate applications will not be accepted.

 

Applications will only be accepted online. Applicants with a Rent Café account should use the portal login to apply for a waitlist.

 

Eligible communities

• Calvert Square (2–4 bedrooms)
• Young Terrace (2–4 bedrooms)
• Diggs Town (3–4 bedrooms)
• Oakleaf Forest (3–7 bedrooms)

Income qualifications Applicants may qualify with incomes between 30% and 80% of the area median income.
