For a limited time only, Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) is accepting applications for Unity Place at Kindred, a Project Based Voucher (PBV) / Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Unity Place at Kindred offers 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Kindred Place at Unity is located at 431 Church Street in Norfolk.
The waitlist will close Friday, July 18, 2025, at 4 p.m.
Eligible applicants can pick up a hard copy application at 555 E Main Street, 1st Floor, in Norfolk. You can also click here to download an application.
Duplicate applications will not be accepted.
Hard copy applications can be mailed to Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, Attention: Occupancy Department, P. O. Box 968, Norfolk, VA 23501. Applications can also be hand delivered Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. to 555 E. Main Street, First Floor Lobby, in the Occupancy dropbox.
