The Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority (The Authority) will be accepting housing applications for newly constructed Lexington Seniors Apartments, (Lexington Dr. Portsmouth, VA 23704) beginning Monday, April 21 at 9:00am until Thursday, April 24 at 4:00 pm Applications will be accepted for 1- & 2-bedroom units.
