The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Administration for Community Living (ACL) are working together to distribute free N95 respirator masks and over-the-counter COVID-19 tests for at home use. - Disability Information and Access Line (DIAL) is a resource for ECI participants who need help finding a vaccination location, making an appointment and connecting to local services like accessible transportation. DIAL can also provide information and resources if ECI participants have questions or concerns about the vaccine. DIAL: 888-677-1199, 9:00am to 8:00pm
